Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our products are digital goods such as activation keys, software licenses, and downloadable content. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once the product or license key has been delivered.

However, we understand that issues can occur. We will review refund requests in the following limited cases.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:

  1. The digital product (license key, account, or code) was not delivered to your registered email or account.

  2. The delivered key or code was invalid or non-functional and could not be replaced.

  3. The product purchased was incorrectly listed or different from the description on our website.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The product or activation key has already been used, activated, or redeemed.

  • The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information during checkout.

  • The issue is related to compatibility, misunderstanding, or buyer’s remorse.

  • The customer attempted to resell or share the purchased key or account.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, along with proof of order and a detailed explanation of the issue.


Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed:

  • We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is rejected, we will provide a clear explanation and may offer replacement or store credit when applicable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the approval email:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before the refund appears.

  3. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@khagame.store.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or activated digital keys.

  • Gift cards or store credits.

  • Promotional or discounted items (sale items).

  • Any digital content explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital items.
If a product key or license is defective, we will provide a replacement key after verifying the issue.
